Very poor service they deliver faulty rakhis

Service not good..no customer support..2 times they cancelled my order..they dint refund money..worst quality product

⚠️ **DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE — ₹600 RAKHI**

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this brand.

The rakhi I purchased had an issue with the knot repeatedly opening. I was contacted only now, and your employee told me that they would send me a video showing how to fix it — which I still have NOT received.

I was also told that attempts had been made to contact me earlier, which is simply not true. But I’ll leave that aside.

What makes this worse is that because of this entire fiasco, I couldn’t even tie the rakhi to my brother properly. It completely spoiled the occasion and my mood, especially after paying **₹600** for the product.

On top of that, the rakhi is so small that I’m not even sure it will fit my brother.

Your product is advertised with the idea that the knot represents an **“everlasting relationship.”** But if the knot itself keeps opening, then what exactly is the point? 🤷🏻‍♀️

And when I tried to share my experience, I found that **customers cannot leave product reviews on your website, and your Instagram comments are turned off.**

So where exactly are customers supposed to share genuine feedback about their experience?

I’m posting this here because I believe customers deserve a platform to share both positive AND negative experiences.

**₹600 paid. Occasion spoiled. Product disappointing. Customer experience even more disappointing.**

I hope the brand takes this feedback seriously and works on both the product quality and customer service.
