Personalized items (name necklaces, engraved pieces, custom keychains) are handcrafted to order. Here's the timeline:
1. Manufacturing: 5 working days after order placement
2. Quality check and packaging: 1-2 days
3. Dispatch: within 7 working days from order date
4. Delivery after dispatch: 3-5 days depending on your location
5. Tracking link is sent via SMS, email, and WhatsApp once shipped
Non-personalized items ship within 2-3 working days.

Before you cancel, please note:
Personalized items enter production within an hour of ordering. If production has started, cancellation isn't possible but we can offer an exchange or store credit.
Non-personalized items can be exchanged or converted to store credit before dispatch.
Refunds are not available once an order is placed. We offer exchanges and store credit (valid 1 year).
